Please read this acceptable use carefully before using zText operated by zText Inc. Services provided by zText may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the service. Any material or conduct that in our judgment violates zText’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) in any manner will result in suspension or termination of zText’s services or removal of the user’s account with or without notice.

1. Prohibited use

You may not use the services to publish content or engage in activity that is illegal under applicable law, that is harmful to others, or that would subject zText to liability, including, without limitation, in connection with anything that is prohibited under this AUP. The following is not permitted on the zText platform:

• Anything that is illegal
• Falsely advertising and inaccurately describing or misrepresenting a good or service
• Promoting, disseminating, or facilitating the sale of fraudulent goods
• Potentially harmful content or products; no weapons of any kind are permitted
• Offensive products
• Phishing or engaging in identity theft
• Distributing any pornography or adult related content including but not limited to the offering of any escort services
• Facilitating the distribution or promotion of products or events that are used to promote violence, hate groups, or terrorist activities
• Infringing the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others

2. Enforcement

Any violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. Your services can be terminated without notice upon any violation of this policy.

zText reserves the right to change this policy at any given time, if this occurs you will be updated immediately. The sub merchant will be notified of any changes promptly and should confirm they are not violating the latest zText AUP to ensure their account is compliant. We advise you to revisit zText’s AUP to verify you are compliant with the latest AUP. Violations of zText’s AUP policy will result in your account being terminated.
